From the problem to the solution
One of the greatest problems regarding the operation of level regulators is the formation of water condensate inside the float, which causes oxidation of the electrical contacts and consequently, the regulator ceases to operate.
This problem has now been overcome by producing a series of patented level regulators wherein the electrical contacts are protected by three watertight chambers.
How we make the solution
All this has been made possible thanks to the injection of non-hydroscopic, closed cell polyurethane foam inside the level regulator. The use of this thermal insulation has enabled us to have our products approved by the major certification authorities, with official recognition of the double insulation and 10 bar pressure: a unique characteristic on the market of level regulators. Our regulators are IMQ, ECC-CENELC-VDE-CE approved.
Our range of level regulators includes: submerged-type level regulators for sewerage systems; float-types for clear water, for liquids up to 130° C; electronic probes; level controllers for autoclaves; Visual control devices for any liquids; CESI certificated active barriers for the control of inflammable or explosive liquids; instruments for controlling dry-running conditions on electropumps. It is possible, therefore, to solve any problems related to various types of plant, reducing installation and maintenance costs.
